The Challenge

Valentino Impex wanted to move beyond basic social-media selling and create a professional online store that reflects its fashion identity — premium bags inspired by global brands yet priced affordably.Their old digital presence lacked structure, brand personality, and a smooth buying flow.


The goal was to design a clean, trustworthy, and mobile-friendly e-commerce experience tailored for local Nepali shoppers.

My Role & Approach

I managed the entire process end-to-end — from design planning to development and optimization:

  • Brand and audience research
  • Shopify store setup and customization
  • Custom section design using code (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • UI layout and visual design in Figma
  • SEO optimization, content structuring, and blog setup
  • Testing and performance tuning before launch

I applied design psychology, localized UX strategies, and conversion-focused visuals to ensure every product and section supports brand trust and easy shopping.

The Solution

The final website is:

  • Elegant & Functional: Minimal yet expressive design built for fast browsing and easy checkout
  • Customer-Centric: Clear categories like Office Chic, Party Glam, Student Style, and Everyday Essentials
  • Trust-Building: Secure checkout badges, localized payment options (COD, Mobile Banking), and visible social proof
  • Conversion-Ready: Highlighted offers (like VAL10 discount), bestseller badges, and optimized CTAs

Key Features: Home, Shop by Collection, New Arrivals, Bestsellers, FAQs, Return Policy, Contact Page, Blog, and integrated social media links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp).

The Results

  • Increased online sales and returning customers
  • Improved shopping experience and checkout flow
